Our director Elise O'Connor Scott
Elise has lead major change programs with many successful companies in Australia, Asia, USA, UK and Europe. With 20+ years of experience in consulting and facilitation, Elise inspires Senior Executives to lead and communicate with their people in ways that increase engagement and commitment to improving performance.
Elise set up Directors of Change in the UK in 2000 and opened the Australian operation in 2005. In that time she has supported a number of Chief Executives and HR Directors through some tough business transitions. Her clients value her pragmatic thinking, her focus on results and her partnership approach.
Elise specialises in:
- Facilitating leadership teams through a process to develop a clear company purpose, vision and values then communicate in a way that builds commitment from their teams
- Developing strategic narrative – telling the strategy story in a way that aligns, educates and inspires higher performance
- Designing and leading large-scale change communication processes, with a strong focus on the customer and aligning employee behaviour with the brand proposition.
- Equipping internal change agents with the skills, tools and confidence to drive change
- Coaching leaders through understanding their strengths, how they can make their best contribution to the business and how to manage their internal and external sponsors to achieve this.
